Basement

The Basement was also hit hard by the Frozen Mansion.  Every single pipe in the basement has been torn out and replaced with PEX piping.  These costs were also covered by the insurance claim.

The Basement needs some updates based on its years of continued use.  A new drop ceiling will be added.  The basement floor is going to be resurfaced and painted.  Some addtional work will be done to add modern conveniences for the Actives.

The cost of this project will be convered under the Frozen Mansion insurance money.
