The siding on all sides of the house is in need of replacement.
Given the cost of this project, it is being pushed into the 5 year plan until the Endowment Fund has started creating a yearly revenue stream to pay for it.
There are a number of small "issue areas" on the siding that will be addressed now to help buy time on full siding replacement.
