The carriage house, or what is currently called the Man Den, is still in good structural condition.
The metal roofing surface, however, has deteriated and is in need of repair. If not repaired soon, the roof will begin leaking and need a complete replacement. Currently, the metal roof is still structurally sound, so a rubberized coating will be applied to seal it.
