The LPEAA Property Committee has already begun planning for these projects in the next 2 years.
· Column bases and porch supports
· Front stair treads
· Replacement front door and casing
· Carriage house roof
· Basement updates
The following will be addresses in the next 5 years.
· Full replacement of siding
· Additional insulation
· New Windows
· 2nd floor porch updates
