A non-profit organization is looking for a volunteer treasurer/bookkeeper to assume duties starting 8/1/19!!
Responsibilities include preparing annual budget, billing and collection of rent, accepting donations, paying bills, monthly bank reconciliation, strategic planning for financial sustainability and capital projects, preparation of annual tax return (IRS form 990), and other duties as agreed-upon in monthly corporate meetings.
A basic understanding of accounting 101 helps as the candidate will be responsible for keeping records in Quickbooks Online. The candidate must be comfortable learning the online “GreekBill” system that is utilized to invoice and collect undergraduate rent payments. Basic Excel skills are helpful. Estimated 3-5 hours per month will be needed to successfully execute these duties.
